Steve McGraw, President and CEO
Steve McGraw has more than 25 years of experience in leading software companies. He has held senior executive positions in both public and private companies and has significant experience with Cloud-based healthcare software. As CEO of Compliance 360 from 2002 – 2012, he recruited and led the team who built the business from less than one million in sales into the #1 provider of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions for the healthcare and insurance industries. Compliance 360 was sold to SAI Global (ASX: SAIG) in 2012.
Prior to joining Compliance 360, he was a partner at Catalysta Partners where he worked as an advisor and investor in early stage technology-based companies. From 1998 – 2012, the start-up companies Steve has worked with have returned over $200 million to their shareholders.
Prior to Catalysta, Steve was the Vice President of Field Operations for 2order.com where he worked closely with the founder to grow the business from 9 employees to just over 70. In 2000, he led the process and negotiation for a successful sale of the company to Primus Knowledge Solutions (NASDAQ: PKSI) for over $90 million.
Prior to 1995, Steve held sales/sales management positions with One Wave, DataLogix and Data General. Beginning his career as a software engineer with MSA, Steve quickly migrated to senior positions in sales and executive leadership.
Steve has a B.B.A in Finance with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia.
Gary Christian, Chief Operating Officer
Gary leads the finance and operations teams at REACH Health. He is a veteran finance and operations executive of many high-growth software companies, most recently as CFO for Contact At Once. His extensive professional background includes multiple leadership roles in fast-growing companies and executive hospital management positions.
Previous experience includes: COO at Compliance 360, CFO at Constructware, executive management roles with Egleston Children’s Hospital and he began his career with Arthur Andersen & Company. He brings a broad range of financial and operational experience to the company, from deep expertise in capital acquisition and management to profitability, growth and customer retention. Gary brings a broad understanding of the strategies used by healthcare organizations to succeed, and a demonstrated commitment to helping them do so.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Bob Jones University and is a member of the CFO Technology Roundtable and the Technology Association of Georgia.
Grant Kohler, Vice President, Innovation and Co-Founder
Grant Kohler has over 15 years of experience working with web-focused technology solutions with the last 10 years being specifically focused around software solutions in healthcare. His background in IT includes building and deploying high-availability applications and designing the vital support systems they require to be successful. Grant’s healthcare experience began at the Georgia Regents University (formally: Medical College of Georgia) in the department of Neurology before co-founding REACH Health, Inc. (formally: REACHMDConsult, Inc.) Grant is currently the Vice President of Innovation which focuses on finding new and innovative ways to utilize and expand our software solution in the market. He is also responsible for designing solutions for our prospects as well as solutions for our current customers to expand their telemedicine networks.
Grant graduated from the State University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration focusing in Business Information Systems. Grant has been a member of the American Telemedicine Association (ATA) since 2007 and a member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) since 2008.
Hector Santiago, Vice President, Development
Hector Santiago leads the REACH Health team of software engineers, UI designers, and QA specialists. Hector and his organization are responsible for the technical vision, architecture, design, and engineering of the REACH Health telemedicine solutions. They collaborate closely with clinical experts to ensure that specialty-specific workflows, data and reporting requirements are elegantly addressed in the REACH solutions.
Prior to joining REACH Health, Hector gained deep expertise in enterprise software systems and mobile applications as he led the architecture and creation of software solutions recognized for innovative, future-ready designs in healthcare and other industries.
Hector holds a degree in multimedia from the Full Sail University.
Brad Lochman, Vice President, Sales
Brad Lochman has amassed extensive experience in healthcare technology with over 20 years of success in outside sales and sales management. An innovative, creative problem-solver, Brad has an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare market as well as broad operational experience. Prior to joining REACH Health, he served as Senior Enterprise Vice President at Allscripts. Other experience includes positions at Lawson, Picis, and McKesson Provider Technologies, where he was a Client Executive after serving as a Sales Executive, Emergency Care.
Brad received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Carolina.
Scot McLeod, Vice President, Marketing
Scot McLeod brings a track record of marketing success, with over 20 years of experience in technology industries. As Vice President of Marketing for Compliance 360, Scot was responsible for demand generation programs. Under his leadership, Compliance 360 spent three consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Companies list, including the #1 position as the fastest growing provider of eGRC (enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance) solutions primarily used in healthcare. Previously, Scot was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Communications for CDC Software (now known as Aptean), which was ranked as the world’s 12th largest enterprise application software company. He was instrumental in driving vertical market strategies and programs that supported the company’s success in new business sales and double-digit growth rates.
Scot holds a B.S. in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
