Proven Program Implementation: Our implementation team has helped hundreds of healthcare providers both large and small successfully launch their telemedicine programs. Our proven methodology helps pave the way to a successful telemedicine program through the collaborative process of appropriately mapping workflows and clinical processes to ensure your success. As each client is unique, the process is tailored to the needs of each organization.

Clinical Workflow Mapping: During the implementation process, our clinical experts will review your existing clinical workflows and protocols, and using the REACH Consult Designer, configure the content and behavior of the Clinical Widgets as well as the workflows to mirror your environment.  We will also assist in optimizing content, system behaviors and workflows to ensure that you can realize the full benefits of the REACH telemedicine platform.  The REACH team will identify any gaps or barriers in existing processes that could create potential challenges to the successful integration of telemedicine into your organization.  In addition, the team can share proven telemedicine workflows and provide insight into “best practice” methods that may improve or streamline your processes.  An important goal throughout the implementation process is to incorporate telemedicine in a way that makes sense for your organization and causes minimal disruption to existing structure.

This process of understanding the client’s current state and mapping a path to workflows that incorporate telemedicine has helped our clients’ transition more smoothly and improve staff adoption of telemedicine.

Training and Consulting Services: Our experienced clinical educators provide training that is tailored to your bedside clinicians, remote physicians and your telemedicine program administrators. This education goes beyond simply establishing proficiency on the system as we strive to help your program coordinators understand best practices for program growth, potential pitfalls, and guidance on improving your program.  As a key component of our training methodology, testing and mock‐​consults precede every go‐​live to ensure that the system is functioning properly and everyone involved is fully prepared.

Hardware Guidance and Provisioning: One of the many advantages of the REACH platform is the unprecedented flexibility in endpoint options, including carts, laptops and tablets.  You have the freedom of choice to select the devices that are most appropriate for each care setting.  In many cases, you may already have the necessary devices, but if not, we will work closely with you to evaluate your requirements and provide specific recommendations and/​or provision end‐​point devices optimized for each setting.
